About

With a career that has taken her from the stage of The Moulin Rouge in Paris to running events for such as Christian Dior in Hong Kong via the restaurants and Private Members Clubs of Soho, there isn’t much in the world of Event planning that Jayne hasn’t experienced.

Famously the first female and indeed youngest Head Barman The Groucho Club had ever employed she produced some of the best cocktails, best barmen and best service in the late 90’s London. When the bar proved too small she took over as Club Manager. Overseeing two restaurants, nineteen bedrooms and four private reception rooms in which The Club held events. Book launches, dinners, First Night parties & weddings for some of the world’s finest this became Jayne’s day job. Here Jayne’s natural organisational skills took over, from managing the client/member’s wishes, to the numerous waiters, bar tenders and of course menus & the chefs. Jayne has an ability to bring out the best in everyone to deliver an event to be remembered.

Jayne then moved on to help launch ROKA’s award winning Shochu Lounge in Charlotte Street before being tempted to Honk Kong and the setting up of Finds. Not only a 100-cover restaurant but on opening one of Honk Kong’s most wanted Event’s venues. As General Manager Jayne had complete operational charge and found herself creating launches for some of the world’s biggest companies such as Sony & Christian Dior.

Jayne’s talents lie not only in what you see as one of her Events unfolds but in the management of the budgets she is given to produce the event. In the management of the people she chooses/is given to work with and most of all with the honesty and integrity she delivers to her client.
